Randy Richards

Founder

Randy Richards brings 30 years of award-winning creative leadership to every project. He’s led global brand and design efforts for Stanley Black & Decker, BIC, The Hartford, ESPN/Disney, and more—consistently driving sales and brand strength. A graduate of Pratt Institute and trained on Madison Avenue, Randy was a pioneer in transitioning design from print to digital and introduced the now-standard “no language” packaging format. At RRDG, he brings that same high-level expertise to help clients win in competitive markets.

Kyle Richards

President, Director of Photography

Kyle is a creative leader specializing in video, design, and brand storytelling that drives results. A former professional athlete and previous Vice President at RRDG, Kyle brings a competitive mindset and proven creative skill to every project. His work has shaped major campaigns for Stanley Black & Decker and earned industry recognition, helping RRDG receive its 2024 People to Watch recognition. With deep expertise in tools like DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, Kyle consistently delivers high-impact content that moves brands forward.

Dan Deming

Senior Designer

Dan is a key creative force at RRDG, bringing award-winning design talent and deep industry experience. His background at Stanley Black & Decker gives him unique insight into packaging, merchandising, and home improvement products—making him especially valuable to our SBD licensee clients. Since joining in 2021, he’s contributed to RRDG becoming the most-awarded agency by Graphic Design USA since 2021.

Ryan Jennings

Junior Editor

Ryan is a multi-talented creative who brings both technical skill and artistic vision to RRDG Productions. As a Junior Editor, he works in DaVinci Resolve to cut, color, and polish video content, while also contributing to storyboard planning and script writing. With an acting background and a natural mind for directing, Ryan helps productions run smoother—anticipating needs on set and strengthening the storytelling behind every project. His versatility and dedication make him a key part of our team, supporting everything from commercials to e-commerce content with precision and creativity.

Dylan Costa

Motion Graphics & VFX Artist

Dylan studied media and production and has become an invaluable asset to RRDG Productions with his expertise in animation and visual effects. Proficient in Adobe After Effects, he brings motion graphics and dynamic visuals to life, elevating our content with polished animations that enhance storytelling and brand impact. Dylan’s creativity and technical skill make him an essential part of our team, ensuring every project not only looks cinematic but feels engaging and memorable.

Jessica Richards

Head of Finance

Jessica leads the financial operations at RRDG Productions, ensuring every project runs smoothly behind the scenes. As Head of Finance, she manages budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, helping our team stay efficient and sustainable as we scale. Her sharp financial insight and organizational leadership allow our creatives to focus on producing world-class content, while she keeps the business side running with clarity and precision.

Odie Richards

Client Relationship Advisor

We take our client relationships very seriously—so seriously, in fact, that we put them in the paws of the most qualified team member: Odie. With years of experience in tail wags, belly rubs, and strategic begging, Odie ensures every client feels valued (or at least is covered in dog hair and happy). His unique approach to relationship management includes greeting visitors with enthusiastic zoomies, overseeing meetings from his cozy bed, and providing emotional support during intense editing sessions.
