3. Payments & Billing

A deposit or retainer may be required before work begins.

Remaining balances are due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, check, and credit card (a 3% processing fee may apply for credit card payments).

Late payments may incur additional fees or delays in delivery.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If a project or shoot must be rescheduled or canceled, please provide written notice as soon as possible.

Deposits are non-refundable once pre-production has begun.

Additional fees may apply for last-minute cancellations, reshoots, or changes in scope.

5. Ownership & Usage Rights

RRDG Productions retains ownership of all raw project files, footage, and creative assets unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use the final, delivered content for the purposes agreed upon (e.g., marketing, advertising, e-commerce, or broadcast). Modifying, reselling, or redistributing RRDG-produced content without written permission is prohibited. If full ownership or raw footage is requested, additional licensing or transfer fees may apply.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials on the RRDG website — including text, designs, images, videos, graphics, and logos — are owned or licensed by RRDG Productions and protected under copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, approvals, and access required for project completion. Delays in feedback or asset delivery may impact timelines and delivery schedules. Clients are also responsible for ensuring that any materials they provide (logos, music, products, etc.) are properly licensed and do not infringe on third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

While RRDG Productions strives for accuracy and excellence, we are not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services. Delays caused by factors outside our control, including weather, equipment failure, or client changes. In all cases, RRDG’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question.

9. Revisions & Deliverables

Standard projects include a defined number of revisions, specified in the project quote. Additional revisions or edits beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Final deliverables will be provided in mutually agreed formats suitable for the intended platforms (e.g., web, social media, broadcast).

10. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and materials shared with us during a project. RRDG will not share or disclose proprietary client content without prior written consent.

RRDG Productions reserves the right to terminate any project or client relationship if terms are violated, payments are overdue, or if the client engages in unprofessional conduct.
